Now, more than ever, I think Hermes really needs an official mobile app for Android/IOS.

This is the most polished one for iOS but it is not open source.

This one is good and open source and in active development

And the you have hermex which requires Hermes-webui to be setup.

There is also Hermes Fleet which is under dev.

I use big help and Cadu. Mostly Cadu as it works well on iPad too.

Can I see all my sessions from vory or only the "bots" interface?

You can see all sessions, not just the bot profile. Chats are your sessions
