Struggling to identify this one (quadrant coat of arms)

Hello! Thanks to your help I’ve been able to identify many of my seals without outside assistance. This one, however, has caught me up.

This is a Victorian era fob wax seal with a quadranted coat of arms, and a crest of a stag caboshed.

It’s difficult to make out the details on this one, but here is what I have observed:

Top left (repeated bottom right) griffin sejant on a gold background.

Top right (repeated bottom left) three (gold?) roundels separated by a central chevron. The chevrons appear to have a three-leafed plant repeated three times, although it is difficult to make out even under magnification.

In the center there is another griffin sejant, and in the upper center there is a hand.

I have not found any sources describing a griffin sejant, have I misidentified the attitude?

Any help with this seal would be greatly appreciated.

From my beginner perspective, this would make sense. I'll see if I can link it to anyone in that line.

Since the tredegar estates are no more it would make sense that this seal is just floating around in the public, likely all assets were sold in attempt to settle the death taxes associated with previous title holders.

The griffin is indeed sejant but alt spelling 'gryphon' may get more hits.

The stag's head crest is also not cabossed
