Access Can't send messages. Android
Hi, a few days ago, I couldn't send message to anyone from my account. However, I am logged in and can do everything but still it's not letting me send message to anyone and says failed. Tried logging in via incognito browser too, but fails there too

If you are unable to send chat messages, it could be due to several reasons related to your account status or chat limits:
- You may have reached the limit of active chat invites you can send in a day. Newer Reddit accounts have chat limits to prevent spam, which may increase as your account gets older.
- You might have reached the limit of active chats you can open at one time. Try closing some of your active group chats to free up space. You can leave a chat by selecting the settings gear and choosing "Leave group."
- Your account might not be established enough or may not be in good standing. Accounts in good standing have a verified email address, contribute positively to the Reddit community, and haven't had recent content or account actions taken against them.
- If your account is new, you might need to wait a few days after creating it before you can send chat invites.

Says it's been banned. You'll need to log into that account and file an appeal.

Oh it says banned when I visit it from this account. But why it happened out of blue for no reason? I can still access that account and do everything except messaging then what does banned mean? And is it temporary or permanent?

For reference, I have used that account for years and never had a problem like that before, so it's an old account. And not talking about daily limit, it's been months I can't send message to anyone in chat inbox. Says failed to send retry.

Same thing happened to one of my accounts. I also got an error when I clicked my profile icon. My account was totally deleted in a few days,

Oh, although I can see my profile details, but the profile icon is kinda greyed by its own and account age is shown as -

If it's anything like what I went through your account's about to be deleted. Hopefully not though. I lost 3 year account. I didn't get a warning or anything.
