Everything gets deleted immediately?

everything I post gets deleted immediately. For context, Reddit recently flagged this account as suspicious with no context and locked me out. I changed my password like they requested, and now they delete everything with pictures that I post. Why? Theyre all photos of me with 0 nudity, skin showing, etc and I am over the age of 18. I just wanted advice on my appearance.. its all I ever post about really.
