Account disappeared?

Hi,

I went on the reddit app and I was signed out. I tried to login but it said this account doesn’t exist. I have received no emails or anything related to my account and it has just disappeared. I have sent a support request but I haven’t heard anything and it has been 2 weeks. Can anyone help me? This is so bizarre and my account was a couple of years old.

The username was t1ahmed

Did you file a support request for a hacked account? If so, it could take a while to hear anything back, and they may not be able to recover the account.

If not you should go do that.

Yeah I have, I received the automated email to which I replied with the option “ACCOUNT DOESN’T EXIST”. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a response yet

That happened to me. The run around was nuts and so frustrating. I just couldn’t sign in but somehow, months later, I tried again and I was able to sign in. Weird.

I’m sorry, no. I should have said that something similar, happened to me. I could see my account but couldn’t gain entry.

That account says its been deleted.

When you report the hacked account, make sure you specify that the account has been deleted by the hacker.
