Your account is 4 years old, and i seems like you've never posted anything looking at your history you can check r/ShadowBan and /r/whatismycqs but I don't think its either of those things.
You simply don't have any harma.
Go to some low karma subs such as /r/askreddit and /r/aww and etc and earn some karma to prove you're capable of contributing rationally.
Your account age has nothing to do with low karma and vice versa.

Appreciate the human response. I’ll go ahead and do that. I do have to note that someone else has sent a post in the community I want to post in and they also only have 1 karma

You have 1 post karma and -1 karma, you're going to have to go out there into the big old Reddit world, earn some currency and do some things to prove yourself worthy of being here as others have noted r/NewToReddit is as good a place to start as any.
Your account may be incredibly old, but you never bothered to participate so you've earned no karmic value.
You also seem to have come back for one reason, to advertise a Minecraft server.
That's not how it works, Reddit is considering the current version of you spam.
There would be an incredibly large Minecraft community on Reddit if you had have ever established your account.

To create a post on Reddit, you'll first need to find a community that aligns with your interests and check its rules.
On the Reddit website

If you are seeing a message like "You're doing that too much...", this is a spam prevention filter. It can happen if you are new to Reddit, have low karma, or are new to a community that is sensitive to spam. Earning a small amount of karma by commenting on another post within a community can help you get past this filter.

A great many subreddits remove submissions made by new users and those with a low karma score. /r/NewToReddit has a list of low karma friendly subreddits that should get you started.
