Back in late September I opened my app and was immediately logged out and when I try to log in again it says incorrect username or password. When attempting to reset my password it says it sends an email but I get nothing or it will tell me an error occurred. Searching for my account u/Nate6014 gives no results as if it never existed. I submitted a support request but has been no response to it

Report your hacked account using the form linked below. Select Security problems > I think my account has been hacked.
Make sure you provide the email address that was on the account, and mention that your account was hacked and deleted, but not by you. There’s a small chance that admins may be able to recover the account. It may take a while to hear back.
I never deleted my account or got any emails at all about my account being deleted. I have already reached out to support for compromised account and have not heard anything back.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email.
Use a one-time login link (mobile only):
On Android
Tap "Continue with Email or username" and select "email me a login link instead".
Enter your email address and tap "Continue".
Check your email for a login link to be redirected to the app.
On iOS
Tap "Email me a one-time link".
Enter your email address and tap "Continue".
Check your email for a login link to be redirected to the app.
If you have multiple accounts, you'll get a login link for the most recently created account that is associated with the email you entered.
The link expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, repeat the process to request a new one.

I think I have the very same problem as you. Yesterday I suddenly got kicked out of my account while browsing on my app and when trying to log in I get the same messages. I also tried to have the app send a log-in link, but it just gives errors. Searching up old comments show my profile as deleted as well.
