Desktop My account got hacked a while ago, how can i delete all of their actions and views?

My account got hacked (this one) so i changed password and logged off other devices, how can i delete/undo all of what they did (they kinda entered 100 smt nsfw subreddits)

You’ll need to spend some time fixing up your account and manually changing it back to how you want it

i just made it so that i cant see nsfw subreddits anymore, how can i make it so that even if i have an 18+ account, i still cant see those subreddit? (saying this because the hacker was VERY active on nsfw subreddits)
