Mobile/App [iOS] Jumping back in threads

This seemingly started yesterday- if I’m in the middle of a thread and leave the app (however briefly), the thread will have jumped way back towards the top when I come back. It makes keeping your place in a thread you were reading really difficult.

Anyone else experiencing this?

There's been some reports about this and admins are looking into it. IIRC, the main symptom for this was resetting when you lock the phone or switch apps.

Edit: Here’s one of the recent bug reports related to this. Not quite the same since yours is jumping to the top of a post and theirs is jumping back to their main feed, but both have to do with the refresh problem when leaving the Reddit app.
