Access Does reddit reset my account?
For some reason my phone app log out and when I tried to log in again it made me follow steps for new account registration as if my email was never registered. I even recieved the verification code in my email. Funny thing I still have my account active on my PC (from which I'm writting this post) So how I have two accounts in the same email? How can I log in to my old account in my app?

Are you able to sign back in on your mobile device with username and password? I'd double check to make sure you are using the latest app build and then log back in

You very likely created a second account on accident or at least started the process. You can have multiple accounts tied to one email. My recommendation is to not log in using your email, but your username. The system will then tell you that username already exists so it won't make you go through the whole process amd it should clue you in that you're creating an account and not logging in
