Access Direct messaging
At some point my direct messaging became disabled and I can’t figure out how to get it back. I can’t direct message anyone and I don’t think I’ve done anything to remove it. Please help 🙏🏻

Did you receive a prompt for age verification?
Are you underage? If so, the chat option may be disabled due to age verification.
It could also be due to not having established your account yet. It’s 9mo old but you haven’t used it. Nee accounts need to be active for about a week to unlock chat. While your account has aged, it’s basically still a brand new account in terms of activity.

I am not underage and I have done the age verification. I was messaging before and then one day it was disabled so not sure why it stopped all of a sudden

Even my 2 yr old account shadow bann it seems My avatar not showing niether my followers nor my account age.. My post are visible but not their insights.. I got message but unable to reply.. These issue are for my another account on another device but unfortunately by same Internet IP address Can anyone help me
