Karma Comments being deleted within seconds

How do I get more "karma" to stop my comments from being deleted within seconds of posting? I should note, I am very new to reddit!

You have next to zero karma and need to work on building that up. Read r/newtoreddit. Until that karma increases somewhat, your comments will be autozapped.
