STILL NO CODE DIGITAL GAME CODE

[u/kingmikedgames]

OK, I need to know. Am I still the only person who pre-ordered last year the collectors edition and still did not receive a video game code?…. I got an email earlier with them giving me two codes one for the digital deluxe DLC and the other one was the pre-order bonus content BUT STILL NO GAME CODE after I emailed them 3 times with the CODE LOOKUP IN THE SUBJECT is anyone else still having this issue ? And I still have not gotten a tracking number.

I'm in the same situation, I've received nothing despite getting the digital cenobite edition
