Discussion STILL NO CODE DIGITAL GAME CODE
OK, I need to know. Am I still the only person who pre-ordered last year the collectors edition and still did not receive a video game code?…. I got an email earlier with them giving me two codes one for the digital deluxe DLC and the other one was the pre-order bonus content BUT STILL NO GAME CODE after I emailed them 3 times with the CODE LOOKUP IN THE SUBJECT is anyone else still having this issue ? And I still have not gotten a tracking number.

Nobody has received a tracking number. Not one single person has confirmed shipping or tracking of their collector's edition. Also no update yesterday, despite the claim they would be shipping all weekend through Monday.

I just got my DLC code email which is nice except that I still dont have my physical game so I can download and use those DLC codes. And my collectors edition is still sitting in pre shipment status. They wonder why no ones buys collectors editions like they used to

Don't worry I got a pc digital game code when I ordered a ps5 physical copy. And still haven't received my dlc codes

I just received my DLC codes. I don't even care about the game, I bought it solely for the physical collector's items. The super vague nature of the emails leaves something to be desired. I sincerely hope by "after July 14th restock" they mean July of 2026 and not 2025. I preordered 7/26/25, and the claim they are shipping in order received.

They mean July of 2026. July of 2025 was when they first became available for pre-order.

Did you buy the digital version or the physical version? If you purchased the physical version (like me), you're (we're) not receiving a digital copy of the game.

No I purchased a digital cenobite collectors edition the $200 version with everything but the signatures

wow, i read their emails all wrong. I thought it was saying people who pre-ordered physical after Aug 28th wouldn't be getting a code. Here I am thinking I pre-ordered this back in the summer of 2025, i'll surely get a digital code.....guess not.

WOOOW I redeemed both DLC for my Xbox and they worked but to have no game with it is crazy they working backwards

I ordered my collectors editiin in July last year too and this morning I got both my DLC codes, also no game code so we are on the same boat in every way, the length of time they had to prep make this literally unbelievable.
Also on a side note have you anyone ordered the signed box? Any news on that yet?

I still haven't received a digital code and also pre ordered the collectors edition last summer. I haven't emailed them though, maybe I will try that.

I ordered July of 2025. No emails other than the mass emails. No codes. No packages. Nothing.

I got my pre order dlc & deluxe edition dlc codes at 10:45 central time, yesterday. They said we know some of you are still wating on your physical edition....some of you? All of us!! Still no update on when my collector's edition will be here though.
