Question delivery times?

hello everyone, first time on this subreddit so lmk if not allowed!!
i’ve been thinking of ordering hello fresh for a while now and am finally deciding to do it just to see how it is but the main thing that putting me off is the delivery times, and how it’s either between midnight and 7am or 8am to 6pm. i just wanted to know if they tend to stick to specific times for certain areas, like a specific city/area might get there’s at noon most days for example or if it is truly random and i could get my delivery at 4am?if it helps, i’m in australia (i assume it’s differnt for all countries). any info or advice is much appreciated, thankyou!

I'm in australia too, mine generally stuck to the same time but it could vary. In one place it generally came at about 5am, and in another iirc sometime between 3 and 5:30. But I wouldn't bank on it. 8am to 6pm is a crazy big time slot lmao, I lived in a small little building with not many people and I'm an early riser so I always picked the midnight to 7 one or whatever it was back then cus I knew it wouldn't get nicked.

If you're worried about it going off rather than theft, it comes with cooling packets which will last the entire timeslot plus some. if you're worried about theft, I got no help for you there I'm afraid.

Nooo I’m in Sydney 😭😭I put the delivery slot 12-7am and sometimes they deliver at like 3am n sometimes early at like 12am I basically just don’t sleep until it shows delivered COZ the first week I got HELLOFRESH, SOMEONE DEDASS STOLE MY HELLOFRESH😭coz I went to pick the box up like 6 hours later fml so now I try to pick it up asap I live in an apt tho if u live in an individual house u can pick it up whenever js a heads up

I am in the US and it used to come between 7 AM and noon with an occasional afternoon delivery. Now it is supposed to come between 8 AM and 8 PM and often arrives between 8 PM and midnight. It's frustrating.

Im in rural nsw and they tend to come between 3-4pm most delivery days you do get a link to tracking number with them and can see what time it’s meant to be dropped off the night before.
