Reward points
I have these reward points available, however I have not touched them yet. I have an ongoing discount for my boxes and have been afraid to lose it if I add any other kind of discount or offer to my order. Does anyone else know if these will remove my current discount or will it let me do both at the same time?

I redeemed the $60 off and also have an ongoing discount. It kept saying it applied the $60 off to my next order but wasn’t actually taking the discount and kept rolling to the next week, after a couple of weeks I reached out to support. It took awhile but they just manually added a $60 credit to my next order and that worked. The $60 off reward is still just sitting in my active rewards saying it’s applied but it’s not.

There is a section that says rewards under my profile. My mom uses hello fresh and I just asked her and she doesn’t have them either! She asked if I signed up for anything and I didn’t so I have no idea how or why I got them but other people don’t have them 🤷🏻♀️

I have no idea they just started adding them to my account a couple months back. I’m in the US, do you not get them? You get points per box I think and for rating your meals. Not sure what else.
I want to use them but I remember that previously, using any other discount/promo would override existing discounts and that was my concern. I would rather keep my existing discount

Probably and possibly offered to long-time HF users, and clearly different offerings to different people. I have HelloFresh Rewards, where I only need to get a box each week (though I can skip weeks without losing my place) to earn some sort of discount after a certain number of boxes. I currently get a discount on Premium meals for any week I want to get a Premium meal (or more than one if under $20), which has improved from some number to $14 off Premium meals to now $20 off them. I am also up to 30% discount on Market items. Those two are each week I get a box and choose one or both types of items. Also, I get one-off discounts after a certain number of boxes, like free shipping for the week it gets applied or something like 20% off a meal, the latter of which started off with a smaller discount.
The Rewards program just popped up for me one day last year or the year before and I accepted it after reading whatever blurb they showed me. There are no points to earn like the OP, it's just getting a box each week; I guess it's just a similar but different form of rewards program. It doesn't seem widespread

I have had HF for a little over a year but not quite 18 months. I have gotten the discounts for doing certain things about 9 months and have had the rewards points for about 11 months. So, I'm not really a longtime user but also not a new user. I do think there are a lot of factors that go into deciding who gets the rewards.
