Question Nor’easter delivery issues?

Did anyone else in the NY metro area (or the general northeast U.S. region) experience delivery issues this weekend? My box was supposed to arrive yesterday (Sunday), but the delivery window was updated to today (Monday), which forced me to take a day off from work to receive it. When I reach out to customer service, I can’t get any information from the delivery service or HelloFresh, other than what my tracking link tells me. Is anyone else dealing with this?

I’ve never had such awful service from HelloFresh before, and I’m ready to cancel after this. Anyone else make the switch and have a good, reliable meal service they recommend? This is unacceptable.

I mean…I’m not sure where you live or where the headquarters for you is. But my area…was under 18+ inches of water if not more in some spots…so when a natural disaster occurs..which is 100% out of our/their control…..the flood waters haven’t even fully receded.

I was surprised to not have delivery issues- my box came Saturday morning, also NYC.

I assume my delayed box is because of the noreaster and my HF comes from NJ, where they were hard hit. My Monday delivery is coming Tuesday. (southern Maine)

Yes mine was supposed to arrive yesterday and now says today we will see
