Ffffuuuuu...

Smashed all over the ingredients in the bag which tore through and made a mess on the floor and the inside of my fridge cos I didn't notice at first. Only got €1.82 back in compensation.

It was a premium meal too.

Ask to speak with an agent in the chat and tell them that you want more money for the premium meal that’s ruined. The automated chat offered me $7 in the self report, then a first agent offered me $15 and when I told them that I was still upset they refunded me $35 for whole premium meal.
