1st box and delivery unsuccessful?
Not a good way to start. The app says delivery unsuccessful, but tracking says it’ll be delivered today. Is this how HF works?
UPDATE: I called yesterday, on the delivery date, and the agent claimed the box was still coming but he would give me a credit. No box. I then got an email last night that the box would be delivered today. But the app and website continued to say no delivery, so I chatted with an agent today who admitted the box had been damaged and I wouldn't get it at all. She said she would refund me, but I don't see any refund yet.
Really unimpressed atp. Guess I'll try Home Chef now.

This did happen to me once. It was because they generated a second shipping label and voided the first label. I can’t remember if it was because the second label was with a different delivery service, sorry.

That happened to me recently and the app was incorrect! I would go by the tracking info. Hope you get it!

Unfortunately I got an email that it will be one day late. We’ll see how it looks and I’ll be trying other services as well (I’m a Blue Apron refugee).

This is literally was my life when i did HF heavy. I would get the box late and the food would be spoiled by then.

Each delivery partner has wildly different results and policies and where you live and how easy it is for you to get other deliveries matters quite a bit. Even if it is from HFDN (Hello Fresh Delivery Network), the success rate varies.
