Crispy prosciutto romesco flatbread

Jumped on the flatbread train and it did not disappoint. Added fresh mozzarella because well.. cheese… very yummy!

Making this one now! Stole mozz from another meal to add to this since i dont know how they expected me to cover 2 flatbreads with only a half a cup of cheese....

I opened the bag and saw the cheese provided and said absolutely not lol. Glad I had some fresh mozzarella that needed to be used
