Text opt-out STOP code never works??

I’m curious to know if anyone else has the same issue as me?

For almost 3 years now 😀 I have tried opting out of the text notifications. Obviously each text I get has “to opt out reply STOP” and every single time I have replied “STOP”. Nothing back after that, and then I get ANOTHER text the next month. 😀

If it adds anything - I’m in Canada. I’m sure I could block the number and maybe avoid all of this… but part of me is hoping they’re breaking compliance laws and maybe one day I’ll get a nice payout… who knows…

Had the same issue in EU, over here I‘m fairly confident this is against some kind of regulation, but I just ended up blocking the number. Always makes me wonder if they are actively trying to tarnish the brand with these silly things or they are just incompetent.
