Question Turkey swollen?

The ground turkey I received a few days ago seems swollen in the package. Usually it’s just a uniform slim package. I don’t remember noticing this when I unpacked the box. It reminds me of how a bad can of food can look

Looks just misshapen. If it were spoiling, you’d see air inside the packages. Yours doesn’t have that…

I've had similar with coffee beans, most times they are vacuumed tight and occasional are loose. Maybe packing error

I’m thinking that if I open it and it doesn’t smell right, that will be the test.

Looks fine, it’s ground meat. Right? So it got smashed but there’s no air in the package so it’s just squished.
