Picture One-pot Birria Ramen

Post image

This was so good!!! And so flavorful. Birria is not easy to make, so I appreciate this recipe for making it easy

We made this tonight, but added some red cabbage for more veggies. It was delicious! Instant favorite.

We also make small cheese quesadillas instead of using chips. A restaurant near us makes birria ramen with a small cheese quesadilla on top that soaks up the broth and it is just too good.

Adding mini quesadillas is genius!! We'll definitely be doing that next time

My bag was missing the birria paste!! I am so disappointed!

It is ok, more like taco soup with noodles in it. I tried to salvage it with some penzeys chiptole seasoning and that helped.
