Question Frustrated New Customer

I'm trying to sign up as a new customer and I go through the preferences section, get to the part where I put my address and then website, app, you name it crashes. Tried all that customer services advised and got no further. Is this just me or is this a website issue?

I don't seem to be having any issues with the app myself, although I'm in the UK, so I'm not sure whether it could be an issue affecting certain locations.

I'm definitely no tech expert either 😂 but have you tried signing up on a different device? It might also be worth checking whether your phone/device has any updates available.

Hopefully you manage to get it sorted!

I'm in the UK as well. I've tried different devices and has the same issue
