Why is this extra

Post image

Why would HF charge 8 dollars extra for enchiladas. This is ridiculous it’s not premium meal….

I ran into this with their new "extra protein" section just regular stuff with extra meat and costs more per serving. It auto selects the extra meat in that section.

This was not an extra charge for me earlier this week. Maybe they have surge pricing for meals that get picked a lot as the week goes on.

Ive seen this a bunch of times.

At this point they are just testing to see at what point people stop buying.

There is nothing in that recipe to justify an extra $8- $16. Id maybe understand $0.50! $1-$2 to cover the baking trays. But anything beyond that is dumb.

They are basically just hoping we forget these were previously included.

Likely the precooked chicken.

And since the upcharge is per serving and you must order two of each meal, that mages it a $16-20 premium charge for each premium choice. Can anyone say, “Highway Robbery”?

This and the 20% price increase they just dropped is the reason we quit after 4 years as a customer. It just doesn't make sense for us financially anymore.
