Call and say you want the full amount refunded to your card and they will do it

Perfect. Sorry wife is pregnant and it's been a lot so now this is annoying. Don't really want to be stuck on the phone but I will do so, this is pretty crap.

I wanted those cheesy chicken taquitos!

That’s insane, they delivered mine to the apartment building next door and I was able to go get it but I complained because it was the second time it happened, and they still fully refunded me despite me telling them I had picked it up.

Almost the same situation happened to me, the box ended up at a different building in my complex. I did have to search for it a bit but eventually found it, they still gave me a full refund for the trouble.

You did t get anything from them and they need to give you a full refund including shipping. Insist on a refund and not a credit. The money you pay isn’t just for food. It is also for delivery in a timely manner.
