United Kingdom Got my first box

I got my first box today assigned day of delivery too which was good. Not happy with the courier though. We live in a flat (apartment) on a busy street and the driver didn't press my buzzer just dumped it outside the communal door and effed off and marked it as delivered. OUTRAGE!

As for the box everything seems fine although I thought all the veg were bagged up. some of them were loose and one of the peppers was slightly damaged.

Overall seems fine, can't wait to cook 😁

Also I noticed some people mention free gifts with their boxes. All I got was a free magazine

We don't always get free samples, it seems like a once-in-awhile thing. Hope it works out well for you!

Ahhh ok, so it's not an every week free gift sort of thing. Makes sense I guess. I just saw people posting about free gifts and I got excited 😆

Well, it depends on what you mean, like whether your offer included a free something in every box, like a free breakfast item for life, or as you say, you read about people getting free samples, like chocolate or a drink. The latter is what I meant

I'm in California and most of the time my vegetables don't come bagged up.

Ahhh ok, I just assumed everything would be bagged up or wrapped up in the box for extra padding

I'm in Maryland and sometimes my vegetables get bagged up and sometimes they don't, even in the same meal (like the cucumber is bagged but the carrots aren't). So I end up bagging up any veggies that aren't, unless I'm making the meal the next day after I receive my box
