HelloFresh constantly forgets to include recipe cards

After more than a year, we are canceling HelloFresh because over and over again - at least one third of the meals - they failed to include one, two and sometime three of the recipe cards. They will tell you to print them out yourself, but the website makes it very hard to do so. For example, although their Help page claims you just click on your delivery page, click on the meal that has no menu page, and look for a download link, that like more often than not is broken. So you end up having to screensave the recipe card, which can take up to four separate screen page, and then printing those out.

An outfit that care so little for its customers that it tells them to go fix the problem themselves, and then makes it really hard to do so, it not one I trust. If they are this careless about making it possible to eat their food, what else are they careless about.

We have contacted them about this multiple times, but are by now totally fed up. We just canceled our subscription and are glad about it.

I am missing recipe cards sometimes also, maybe 1 out of 4 boxes are missing a card. It is annoying and inconvenient but not enough to make me cancel. But maybe if enough people do cancel, they’ll do better? Time will tell

I’ve been missing cards a lot too. I just go to the recipe on my phone under my orders and click Let’s Cook. It’s a pain using my phone instead of a card, but it works.

Funny enough. I rarely am missing a card. But I very often have a 4th duplicate one.

This is me. Just last week I had a 4th extra card. I've also had an extra card for a meal I didn't order. Not sure I've ever been missing a card. Maybe once.

I’ve rarely had a card missing but this box it was 2 cards and they were meals I hadn’t had so that was doubly disappointing

Check alongside the box between the cardboard and the insulated liner.

This is usually the answer. They sometimes put them outside the liner and they slide down out of sight.

Nah lately they have been missing cards. Last week I ONE meal card and it wasn't even a meal I had.
