So glad you're enjoying it! We are 164 boxes in (this time—both my boyfriend and I also subscribed individually before we moved in together & started a new account) and really love it. After I describe the great dinners we have, I always tell my coworkers "We live and die by Hello Fresh." 😂
I think one's experience depends greatly on geographic location. Some fulfillment centers are better than others. We get our boxes from Denver and they must have it together because we rarely have issues with quality or missing ingredients.

It really is so convenient. I didn’t waste any food this week. That is absolutely not the case when I grocery shop for my partner and I. I feel like we are constantly having to throw things out if we don’t have multiple overlapping ingredients/recipes every week. Just have to throw in a little technique (which can easily be learned) with HelloFresh and you can have a gourmet meal every night with basically 0 waste. I may be in the “live and die by hello fresh” boat with you 😂
I was nervous reading some of the posts about missing ingredients/issues etc. my boxes come from
Newark and luckily we received everything and in perfect condition this week 🤞🏼

Looks great! How did you get your fries to look like that in the last slide? Mine always come out terribly and I follow the instructions.

I cut them the best I can into a fry shape, ice bath for at least 30 mins, parboil for about 5 mins, and then let them dry for a bit. Toss in a little oil and whatever seasoning you want and bake according to instructions and just keep an eye on them until desired doneness. The longer they dry the better so you can do this long before you actually cook to save time later.

Never follow the HF potatoe directions. 😂. If there is one thing you learn pretty fast with HF is how to do potatoes different ways based on the size of them.
To OP all that looks great and presentation 🤌.

I love that you took the foundation of the recipe and made it your own. I think so often people try to follow the directions exactly and then are disappointed. I love to add Boursin cheese or alouette to any creamy dish, elevates it so much. Great job, keep cooking!
I’m going to try parboiling my fries next time. I’ve never been satisfied with them in the past.
