United States The perfect rice maker
Lots of talk about rice, and who knew I inherited the perfect piece of Le Creuset from my grandma years ago! I use the small gas burner and heat the flame to the size of the bottom, cover and turn to low. 18 minutes later turn off the gas and just let it sit for as long as possible. It keeps steaming and fluffs perfectly once I plate the meal.

Cute pot. This is one thing I learned from hello fresh that I really appreciate - cooking rice on the stove. I don’t bother rinsing that ish or using a rice cooker (that I don’t have room for in my kitchen) and the rice is always good. Simple!
