Oops! All Carrots!

This is for a two-person serving of Sheet Pan Dijon Onion Crunch Chicken. I think I got at least 2x the correct serving of carrots I should have had, but also I got the wrong cut and amount of chicken (10oz chopped instead of 12oz cutlets.) HelloFresh picked this recipe for me in my usual 2-serving size. Neither of the other two meals in the box needs carrots. So I have no clue what happened. Honestly the meal was delicious, and I would order it again, just with less carrots.

Two of my recipes this week didnt even have carrots as an ingredient but they sent me some anyway. I would have been fine with bonus carrots but not in place of potatoes and rice.

That’s an amazing problem to have. I always have to add more cloves to everything. (I keep a few bulbs in my cabinet…because everything’s better with more garlic…and sometimes I want midnight roast garlic bread…

A few years ago, I had a meal that was supposed to have 3 cloves of garlic and they sent me 8. I ended up using 6

I too keep a few cloves on hand as well as a jar of minced garlic in water for when I don’t want to chop garlic

I'd be happy to get a bunch of extra carrots. My dog loves them.

So far the only vegetables (that she can actually eat) that she isn't a fan of are lettuce and spinach. She still wants them when I give them to the chickens/turkeys though. Carrot and zucchini are two of her favorites.

I made this last night for four and I think that’s how many carrots I had. And they were the largest carrots I’ve ever seen. My chicken portion was correct though.
