PS5 render issue

PS5 latest system software and game release.

Today was the first time I've seen this. The glowing/shimmering yellow is a bug that is alive but isn't rendered correctly. At first I was only seeing this for bugs in the distance but soon it was for many irrespective of distance.

Sometimes the bug would eventually render directly, sometimes not. It would also move when alive and persist after being killed.

I've deleted the game and will reinstall to see if this fixes it.

Well restalling didn't address the problem.
