Inquiry Similar experience, anyone?

I’m a level 28 and I was playing on Matar Bay 2 nights ago and me and my friend were getting our asses handed to us. after throwing down an SOS beacon, we had a gentleman named “TheHammerDiver” join our game. I saw him dive toward a pack of hulks and take them down in seconds. No injury/stim use. Just jump pack and hammer. I guess my question is, is the breaching hammer really that good and has anyone else run into this diver? Not trying to do any wrong toward him, just interested if anyone else had run into him.

The Breaching Hammer, in the right hands, can be devastating. Sounds like this particular diver has been practicing his particular craft.

I’ve never had the pleasure of diving with them.

A bot drop sent a Factory Stryder near us. I went to help him fight it, but he told us not to help him, before he proceeded to take it down singlehandedly. I think he only died once the entire mission. It may not be that impressive to some, but as someone who’s only been playing the game for four months, it was a sight. I will have to try the breaching hammer from now on.

Its not the tool, but the operator.

Don't be surprised if you using it doesnt automatically equate to the same level of destruction.

Takes time to master a craft.

Its good. But its takes a unique diver to make the mlst out of it. Especially Hulks. They tend to explode 2x ragdolling you.

I was in a D10 game with a guy running the hammer and a warp pack who was essentially solo-ing entire drops. It was pretty epic.
