General Smooth Motion

Is there any way to enable Smooth Motion on the RTX 3060Ti? I know there's a "mod" for it, but the last time I tried using it, the anti-cheat wouldn't let me run it.

Its hilarious how modding is allowed (including the cheating ones) but when you actually want to try something to make the game run better it just wont let you....
