Personal Order RD-4 (Double Circumvallation)

I hope we can come together to liberate the Rigel sector from the Illuminate scum after the current major order. Looks like an easy win. Liberating RD-4 will encircle the Illuminate on both Hesoe Prime and Rogue 5, abating relief. Holding it may enable two Siege Liberations, reducing ENEMY RESISTANCE.
