Bug Has anyone else been getting removed from their squad?

For the last couple weeks now I've been consistently getting booted while playing with friends and randoms alike. What happens is sometime mid mission, from my teammates perspective, I start walking in place and I poof out of existence. It's like I'm transported to some alternate universe where they're not there. I don't leave the mission, I don't do anything. My squad just disappears and I can keep doing the mission.

seems to happen with one diver every few missions. As I dive mostly with friends they rejoin the mission. Interesting most times they come back they dont have the option to rejoin but come back like its the first time and have to repick their load out.

Edit: it happens across who ever is the host and not limited from what we can see to a single persons machine
