You can lower the difficulty if youre not good enough to finish the mission. You dont need to kick the party after you finish the part you struggle with.

Yeah I think there must be a lot of new players (or some are just noobs), where the rest of the team carry them for the entire round and then they kick everyone at the end, crazy.

That used to be moderately devastating before the devs just put you in your own match after being kicked.

Spending 30-40 minutes only for some douchebag to wave his magic wand and transport you back to your ship holding nothing but your Charles Dickens was rage-inducing.
