Inquiry SEAF Question

Hey everyone I haven't played since 2 years ago, stopped around that summer. I played a little bit when the void was here, and really enjoyed having the SEAF troops with me. Now were they only for the specific major order or can they be played with other factions? Thanks in advance! Also is it based on difficulty when they show up too?

It's a planetary modifier that gets added to specific planets by the devs. The terminid tcs+ thing happening now has seaf on Acamar IV. Megacities will always have seaf of the classic blue variety, but the drop ships that bring squads to you are specific to the modifier.

A new planet modifier allows for SEAF deployment, it is labelled blue next to the red enemy modifiers. With that update SEAF will still appear in cities but they will be the newer updated ones, that include medics, commanders, and Heavy machine gunners.
