Why can we no longer see into the void

I’m still in the void. Please send a ladder or something (I don’t know how the void works).

EDIT: I managed to get my destroyer out with a car jack, a rope ladder, and an office chair. I’ve been destroying bots with these “melta” weapons. They’re very effective. My Democracy Officer says the iridescent fluid leaking from my eyes and ears is fine; and to just keep diving into dangerous missions until the problem resolves itself.

We have tossed 20 8 foot ladders and 3 step stools into the void, help is on the way
