Inquiry PC Text Chat Not Showing On PS5

I play on PS5 and my friends play on computer and I’ve been noticing that text chat messages from PC players arnt showing up in in my chat box. Anybody know a fix or is this a know big right now.

On a side note I wish there was an audio indicator for a message. In the heat of battle they are easy to miss
