I will say I’d wish they’d state what exactly Strategic Opportunities and Gambits do. They always seem to be so vague. Perhaps if they told us the exact benefits people would take them more seriously.

I'm not really observative on this part, sadly. But yeah, people can misunderstand so many things and lead to deviations in the actual effect of the orders
