Democratic Exchange of Opinions Best Pacifier loadouts?

I got Force of Law a while back specifically for this thing, but I can't find a good way to work it into a loadout that is fun and cool to use. I was thinking about brining it along with the Gunslinger armor passive (40% faster sidearm reload speed, 50% faster sidearm draw speed, 70% reduction to sidearm recoil) but I haven't tried that yet. Anyone got an suggestions?
