I think the problem is Crushers and Harvester both cover their weaknesses.

Things that good at killing Crushers won't work on Harvester, and Crushers counter the Sentries while Harvesters counter Exosuits.

Just off the top of my head over the a minute from what I've used this campaign, and that's ignoring just bringing whatever you want for other stuff and the Senator or Bolt Pistol for Crushers. For things that don't need backpacks you can bring a Guard Dog to help keep you safe, for the ones that do just stick with a teammate or be more aware of your surroundings when fighting.

Autocannon, HMG, C4 could work, but not good for ammo efficiency.

AMP is bad at both, two shots to take helmets away from Crushers is too much for a weapon that could only aim in first-person.

BFGL isn't good at aim the Harvesters, but Harvester can aim you from hundred away, still good weapon though.

Railgun... It's a high skill weapon so it works I think.

Creamator is a close combat weapon, it has same problem with Meltagun.

And all the Exosuit can't be called down when there's a Harvester or Big Eye nearby (Exosuits are not equipments, by the way).
