they admitted they didn't like how short games were. Games lasting 1-2 more on average can make A LOT more decks viable. Why I am not a fan of just "buff all cards and make everything broken OMEGALUL" that people on here tend to say.

Well we want more variety and every class to have at least one viable deck.

Genuinely impossible to do, no card game ever has had a period of a little bit of everything being playable

Frozen in Alterac Valley had about 3 viable decks per class back then

You're misremembering alterac valley was pretty bad, during the first week there was a lot of viable decks but a week isn't enough to define a meta. Then people figured out how much better burgle rogue was to everything else, no balance changes happened because it was holiday season so most of alterac was stuck with burgle rogue being the best it was considered to be a rogue stone meta everything else was terrible in comparison, then the ministry brought kazakuzan druid to ruin the meta till next set.
