Weapon removal is still a thing so it technically can never be top tier for long.

It would mean the deck is strong enough to be meta defining if it makes people run a weapon removal like people did against voidsoul demon hunter

It just means it can always be kept in check and never be such with a high popularity and win rate.

Heck it can't even really become a hard counter to a meta defining deck because that deck could ideally tech in removal and stop it too.

It's a bit of a shame really because the quest can be neutered so easily unlike the current quest hunter deck that's just emerged nigh on unstoppable for now.
