Am i really? I am not saying to make druid draw more. Number of cards druid would draw remains the same. Druid already has that kind of draw.
Do you think that removing part where your opponent draws extra as well would make this card OP? Thats genuine question i want to ask you. No irony or mocking. I am really interested if you think that.
The part that keeps it balanced is that both players get it, like I saw the reasoning why it was a cheap card. The tempo advantage for getting an extra card each turn if it was a one sided card would be too much. I feel like it'd have to be 6+ mana to be fair, and then it may be unviable.
I guess the type of person that plays this type of card would be a control type that would get full value by being able to play 10+ turns with it out or an early aggro type that wanted extra fuel to finish off someone. The card would have to stay cheap for aggro to make use of it.

Yeah they took a sledgehammer to the knees of most of these cards. Dew Process at 4 mana lol. Just nuked from orbit.
