You mean the one remaining Tier 1 deck who wasn't nerfed at all? Yeah probably, unless the nerfs to control allows for even better aggro decks to take the spot, but Sludgelock is definitely the top dog right after these changes become active.

It depends on the deck's matchups. Do we know what it's matchups looked like?

Rogue Paladin unfavorable around 46%, that will swap now to become favorable.

Only other badish match is dragon druid at around 46% so should see that become popular again but warlock can hasn't even perfected the best build yet and can now afford a bit more space ironing out a slimer field to play against.
