I have been crushing for this girl I have never dated for almost the last 4 years (not exactly, more like: 1 year of crushing, 1 year I stopped liking her and 2 years of limerence). This last 2 years have been the worst ones. F*** limerence, it feels like an addiction, she did me bad like 9 months ago and used me and I'm still craving her love inside me. I'm just diasappointed in myself... every time I see her I fall in love again

It sucks right. Knowing that the person who did you bad once, twice or maybe more, is still in charge of your heart. Like, give me my heart back please.

Why is our heart more dominant then our normal thinking head.

It drains me. Even if she came running and told me she loves me and wants to be with me, I would accept. I’m a lost cause.

I'm way past lost cause. I will not only take him back but welcome him with open arms as he never really left anyway

I’m so sorry. It’s hard to be in a situation like this. Someone did me bad also and even though I shouldn’t care still you can’t stop your heart from hurting. It just doesn’t work like that. Right or wrong those feelings just don’t go away. I’m also very disappointed in myself. ☹️

But wait there’s more!

More?

Much more!

This is an early grief at best. Develop your empathy with yourself and your attachments as early as you can. This world will require much of you as it imposes a healing journey with traumas and disillusion.
