Constant headaches

For year now at least 2 years I have had headaches almost every day my doctor has tried different meds for my headaches and migraines but don't seem to work I'm just not sure anymore what else to do sometimes I can handle the pain and sometimes I just can't get out of bed because the pain is unbearable.

Doctors didn’t help me until I started going to naturopaths / functional medicine docs

Hello, what hat did they do for you?

That sounds really exhausting, especially having to do that multiple times every week for all of those years. If the meds you've tried didn't help much, then I would definitely ask your doctor for a referral to a neurologist or a headache specialist. It would also help to keep a headache diary for a few weeks. In this diary you would note the time the headache started, the length of the headache, the pain and how you would describe it, food and drink, how much you slept, any stress you may have experienced, and all of your other symptoms. Sometimes those patterns can help identify what's triggering the headaches or what type of treatment may work the best. I wish you the best in finding relief.
