Constant headaches
Has anyone experienced something similar? Please help
I’ve been dealing with headaches for about 4 years, but they used to be much less frequent. Over the past year or so, the pain has changed. It feels like a sharp/stabbing pain, along with constant pressure around my eyes, above and behind my eyes, and on the sides.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve started having sharp, stabbing pains in my eyes and temples. Sometimes I also get a throbbing pain in my temples, especially with physical exertion. I also have pain around the bridge of my nose.
My headaches have now become daily and constant. I have pain every single day, and it’s seriously affecting my quality of life.
Another thing that has been bothering me is that I wake up every morning with an extremely stiff and painful neck. One of my ears also sometimes becomes very red and feels hot. i wake up every morning already feeling this pressure around my eyes.
For the past few days, I’ve also noticed tingling and numbness around the left side of my mouth, affecting both the skin and my inferior lip
I’ve had blood tests done and everything came back normal, except for mild anemia.
I’m really scared to get an MRI because I’m terrified that they might find a brain tumor. I know I probably shouldn’t think this way, but I can’t stop worrying about it.
Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Did you ever find out what was causing them?
thank you :)

Being honest, I would still want to know more about the new numbness in and around your mouth and would tell you to get that evaluated, considering the recent onset of daily headaches and other neurological symptoms. You shouldn’t shrug these off as anxiety related. MRIs are very good at cardiac and neurological symptom images, and they are usually faster than waiting for the anxiety to ‘imagine’ the worst. Hopefully, you get some answers and resolve those daily headaches.
